People said...

People said that 3 kids really kept them on their toes.  I thought, "OH, I will be just fine."  In all reality, I have been just fine adjusting to 3 children, but boy it has kept me busy.  When I mean busy, it's sitting down feeding a little newborn and trying to entertain two older children while doing so :) Among other things:)
Tate had been working in North Dakota since Kyler turned 1 1/2 weeks old.   That was HARD.  Having Tate gone and a newborn.  I was definitely in survival mode.  My wonderful sister Beverly came and stayed with me for a little over a week during Tate's first trip, and that was so wonderful.  She cleaned, and cooked and her kids played with my kids.  it was just nice having her here to talk to.
Tate no longer is in North Dakota, and I am feeling like I can handle this whole motherhood thing again.  It's really an amazing thing.  The way when another child enters your home, how much more love there is to go around.  When we brought Kyler home, I have never, in my life felt more love for my children, and in love with my husband.  It was such a sweet gift that was given to me from Heavenly Father.  It has brought us closer in so many ways.
Kyler is such a sweet little person.  We are lucky to have Kasen and Daisha who are incredible little people as well, who love their brother so much.  Kasen is so so helpful and loves to babysit Kyler for Mom.  He thinks he is pretty big and want to carry him around so I have had to monitor that a little bit, but he really is such a great big brother.  Daisha is adjusting to life of having a younger sibling.  For a little while there her little world was turned upside down.  She wasn't sure of how to handle things, she is much better with the whining and now loves to help babysit her brother as well.
There is a tiny little update, I have fun pictures of Easter and of Kylers Blessing day.  I have made a silent goal to keep my blog up better because I love looking back at the past entries and remembering our life!

Big News

Thursday, Janurary 31st.  Just an ordinary day full of anticipation waiting for my little guy to arrive. I had a dr. appointment scheduled for my 39 week.  As I sat in the dr, I couldn't wait to hear what she would tell me and if I had progressed during the week or not.  I was SO beyond ready to have my baby.  I couldn't wait to ask her if I could be induced the following day, or might I say beg her to induce me.  I walk in, check my weight, pee, blood pressure, the normals.  I had her check and see if I was dialated.  Sure enough, I had definately progressed.  The previous week I had been dilated to a 2.5, I was already at a 4?  What???  Seriously, when I was at a 4 with Daisha I was in the hospital ready and waiting for my epidural.  So, I asked my lovely nurse to strip my membranes.  It's a bit uncomfortable if not painful, but at this point in my pregnancy, everything was a bit uncomfortable if not painful. :)  I asked her to be induced, the dr. couldn't do it friday but scheduled me to be induced Monday morning.  As I was talking to her about being induced, she just looked at me with that "smile" and said she didn't think that I would have to wait until Monday, and that I was very "favorable"?  Favorable?  Nice wording.  Anyway, so I walked out of the dr. office Thursday at 12:30.   I got home and spent the rest of the afternoon with my beautiful daughter.  Eating lunch, trying to walk around as much as possible, up and down my stairs.  I was realy crampy, but nothing too crazy.  About 3:00 p.m. I could feel the crampiness a little more.  3:30, I started to realize that the cramps were turning into real contractions.  I called Tate at the Taxidermy to come home.  I called him about 2 minutes later asking him why he wasnt' home yet. My contractions turned into intense 2-3 minute apart contractions REAL fast.  I was also super sick, going to the bathroom like every 2 minutes.  TMI:)  Tate walks in the door and I am in major pain.  I am telling him that we really need to go to the hospital.  WE start wondering what we are going to do with Daisha, Kasen was at a friends house playing.  WE try to get a few things in order.  I am just trying to manage each contraction, but not doing a very good job at it.  WE get a hold of a good friend who takes Daisha.  We are finally on our way to the hospital to have our baby:)  I am a nervous wreck, in pain and wondering once again if I can really do this?  Tate drove way too slow to the hospital and hit EVERY bump in the road.  I am glad he still loves me after all the crap I gave him about his driving on the way.  I called my sister to ask her for some coaching help to manage my contractions without being a freak out, she starts screaming from excitement and makes me cry.  After a few minutes of her trying to tell me to "be one with the pain"  I hang up on her.  As we are driving my contractions were realy intense and I kept thinking in my mind that I am living my worst nightmare right now, getting to the hospital without getting the epidural.  (Yes I am a baby, and NOT prepared in any way to have that baby without pain management:)  WE get to the hospital around 4:30 I walk in and immediately ask for the epidural.  He gets there quickly, they have to get my my IV, They check me, I am at a 6.5.  IV starts to get in me, epidural guy works his magic.  I have a few more contrations and the pain starts to subside.  About 30 minutes later, I have TONS of pressure.  I am mortified telling the nurses that I really have to go to the bathroom, #2.  They are so nice and patient with me telling me that wasn't the bathroom but the baby.  I am so ready to push, I could feel all the pressure.   A few minutes later the sweet dr comes in and suits up.  I am ready to deliver my baby.  In no time at all, and without even pushing, I let my body do the work and he is born.  at 6:18 p.m. we had our 3rd baby! It was incredible.
   There's the birthing story.

It is still amazing to me how much LOVE you can have.  Heavenly Father knows what he is doing and why the Family is CENTER and KEY in our lives.  Not only has my love grown so much for my children but I have never been more in love with my husband.  It's an amazing feeling and I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world.  I am so blessed beyond description.

See if it works

I got a new phone and so I am trying this whole new post thing. It doesn't make up for the past 2 months of no blogging but in my defense my computer hasn't been letting me upload pictures so that's a big bummer cause we have been doing some fun things. In the mean time I will see if it works from here cause that would be awesome and super convenient. We are only three weeks away from having this baby but hopefully sooner. Kasen has been doing swimming lessons and really enjoys it. It's bee fun to watch him grow so confident in the water in such a short amount of time. He literally has been terrified of swimming and now will swim and dunk his head and just have fun. Life is good!!

Halloween

We had a fun Halloween.  Kasen was a vampire and Daisha was a witch.  Kasen had a fun halloween party at pre-school.  We went and walked with him to the high school, where they walked around the school and went trick or treating and got a fun class picture.
He was a very scary, intense vampire.
On halloween day Tate decided that he wanted to drive to Talmage.  So we hustled and tried to get everything ready and piled in the car and made it just in time to change in their costumes and get over to the trunk or treat.   The kids really made a haul, and i can't believe that they didn't get sick from all the candy they ate!
Kasen has a hoard of boy cousins and it's fun to let him play and play with them.
I forgot Daisha's witch hat, bummer, but oh well, she had a fun time!
Enjoying the rewards of their efforts!
After the trunk or treat we headed to go to trick or treating "old school" style.  It was fun to watch them run from place to place.  I tried to make sure that Kasen was polite about his trick or treating, he was just really excited!
Daisha knocking on the door.  She got pretty shy and wouldn't really say trick or treat very loud, but she was pretty cute and gave her a treat anyway!

Deer Camp

We were able to make it to Southern Utah during the deer hunt.  It was so much fun riding in the hills, hanging out for a little while as the kids played in the dirt and with all the other things they found around to play with.  IT was mostly fun to spend time with the Glover's and my cousins that are so awesome.  My kids had a fun time with their uncles and aunts and cousins.
 Daisha and Uncle David.
Jerry and the crew after a big excitment in camp, Scott got a deer:)
Daisha riding in the back of the rhino, looking for deer with Grandma and DeAnna.  We weren't quiet enough and got dropped off soon after:)  It was fun though!
Daisha enjoying her hot cocoa!  I love that little grin!
 The girl cousins!!!
Mom and her girl!  I didn't get too many pictures of Kasen he was going and going from place to place!  Love it!

Lagoon 2012

We were able to go to Lagoon for a weekend trip with the family.  Shanna and Kory always get season passes and we can't pass up at least one good visit to Lagoon a year.  What a happy place it is!  I was a little bummed because of the whole Pregnancy thing couldn't really ride any of the good rides, but I did get to enjoy a few and really enjoyed watching my kids have such a fun time.  Kasen really loves it there, and I wish we could take him more often, but it's a fun tradition with the Mueller family to get to do.
kasen was spoiled and got his face painted.  He chose the devil.  Yep, couldn't convince him of anything else, I tried hard too, but he insisted and he loved every second of that face paint, until we had to have him wash it off for church the next day, he was pretty bummed about that!
Yeah, so fun. It took a few rides for DAisha to get warmed up, but she really enjoyed most of the rides and went from one to the next pretty quickly.  As quickly as we all could go at least!
Daish and Owen.  Cute little cousins enjoying the boat ride.
The before picture of puff the magic dragon.  I couldn't ride on with her, so I just plopped her down by Kasen and hoped for the best on this ride.  It is one of the faster "kid" rides and so I wasn't too sure, she wasn't too sure about it after it got started either, it made her extremely nervous.  She didn't cry though.  Just toughed it out until it was over!
The after picture.  I am thinking she is glad that it was over!
We waited in line for Uncle Rod, and Hannah and Dallie to go on the one that takes you really high up and then just drops you.  Daish decided it was time to take a break in the middle of the sidewalk.  That poor blankie has really been through it all.  I am so glad that it washes well.  She takes that thing everywhere with her.
OH Aunt Wendy thinks that she is funny.  Trying to get in on this cuteness action of Olivia and Daisha!
kasen was worried about his face after the rattle snake rapids.  he was SOAKED!  Mind you this is the middle of October and wasn't the warmest of October days!  Poor little guy was wet the rest of the night pretty much.  Oh well, He went through rattle snake rapids I think 3 times, so it's realy his fault:)  The face seemed to hold up pretty well though!
Cousin crew.  Hanna, Kassidy, Kasen, Owen, Ruger, Olivia, Dallie and Daisha!  It was so nice have the Hewitt family there.  They are a little older and take really good care of my littler ones.  It's really nice!
